• Started his career at Chatham Manufacturing in the sheet metal shop. In this shop Gary learned to layout, cut and fabricate all types of duct work for HVAC installations. The ability to fabricate ductwork by hand provides a greater understanding of the time, quality and cost required to produce HVAC systems.
  • Traveled all over the eastern United States installing commercial HVAC systems.
  • Worked as an Estimator and Project Manager. He has experience with the cost estimation of jobs, ordering of materials, monthly cost accounting, developing growth opportunities, and general project management.
  • Managed a variety of jobs ranging from $5,000 to $3,000,000. He managed the HVAC installation for the RF Micro lab in Greensboro, the distribution center for Candle Corporation of America in Elkin, medical facilities/doctor offices in North Carolina, warehouse facilities throughout the state, and over twenty-five Lowe’s Hardware stores through out Virginia, North and South Carolina.
