Projects

High Point Regional Hospital

Completed in 2019, CAS added ten operating room suites to the 3rd floor of the existing hospital. The project scope included HVAC, plumbing and mechanical piping with a value of over $10 million.

UNC School Of Arts New Residence Hall

Completed in 2022, CAS installed water source heat pumps using prefabricated piping in two (4 and 5 story) buildings on campus in Winston-Salem.

Kernersville Medical Center 4th floor Addition

Scheduled to Complete in 2023 this CAS project scope includes HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing, and Boilers.
